Partial Payment Policy
At AnuProduction, we offer partial payment options to make your purchase more convenient. However, please read and understand the following terms carefully before placing an order with partial or advance payment.
IMPORTANT: NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION ON PARTIAL/ADVANCE PAYMENTS

Policy Terms:
- Non-Refundable: Once a partial or advance payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Non-Cancellable: Orders placed with partial payment cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.
- Payment Commitment: By making a partial payment, you commit to completing the full payment as per the agreed timeline.
- Order Processing: Your order will be processed immediately upon receiving the partial payment.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before product dispatch or as per the agreed payment schedule.
Customer Responsibility:
- Ensure product specifications, quantity, and pricing are correct before making payment
- Verify delivery address and contact details
- Understand that partial payments are binding commitments
- Complete balance payment within the agreed timeframe
Exceptions:
Refunds or cancellations will NOT be entertained for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Found better pricing elsewhere
- Delayed balance payment from customer side
- Personal financial constraints
- Product specification misunderstanding (customer responsibility to verify before payment)
Manufacturing Orders:
For custom or bulk orders where manufacturing begins after partial payment, absolutely no refunds or cancellations will be accepted as production resources are allocated immediately.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is not allowed once your order has started processing or has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Important Notice: There is NO refund or cancellation on partial or advance payment orders. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
At AnuProduction, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, the following return and refund policy applies:
- Agarbatti machines and machine parts are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
- Agarbatti products are non-returnable once the package is opened or used.
- Exchanges may be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, subject to verification.
- Refund requests will not be entertained for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or delays beyond our control.
- All claims must be supported by valid proof such as unboxing videos and photographs.
We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet our policy criteria.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
Inspection at Delivery
- Customers must inspect the product thoroughly at the time of delivery.
- Check for any visible damage to the packaging or product before accepting the delivery.
- If damage is noticed, refuse the delivery or note it on the delivery receipt.
Mandatory Documentation
Unboxing video and clear photographs are mandatory to process any damage or defect claim. Without these, claims will not be accepted.
- Record a complete unboxing video showing the package condition and product inside.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product from multiple angles.
- Include images of the packaging, shipping label, and invoice.
Reporting Timeline
- All complaints regarding damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims reported after 24 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- Contact our customer support team immediately with all required documentation.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our discretion. The decision of AnuProduction will be final in all such cases.
User Responsibilities
By placing an order on our website, you agree to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Accurate Information
- Provide correct and complete delivery address, contact number, and email address.
- Ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Double-check all order details before confirming the purchase.
Delays Due to Incorrect Information
- AnuProduction is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts due to customer error.
- Orders returned due to wrong address will not be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent transactions, misuse of payment methods, or providing false information may lead to immediate order cancellation.
- Legal action may be taken against users involved in fraudulent activities.
- We reserve the right to block users who violate our terms or engage in suspicious behavior.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnuProduction's liability is limited as follows:

Maximum Liability

- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier or logistics partners.
- Payment gateway issues, bank processing delays, or transaction failures are beyond our control.
- Customers should contact the respective service providers for such issues.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
Force Majeure
AnuProduction shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Government actions: New regulations, restrictions, lockdowns, or policy changes.

- Pandemics or health emergencies: Outbreaks affecting operations or supply chains.
- Technical failures: Power outages, internet disruptions, or system failures.
- War or civil unrest: Armed conflicts, riots, or political instability.
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume normal operations as soon as possible. However, we will not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by force majeure circumstances.
Customers will not be entitled to refunds or compensation for orders delayed or cancelled due to force majeure events.
