Refund & Return Policy

At ANU PRODUCTION, we are committed to providing high-quality agarbatti, agarbatti machines, and spare parts. We understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure a transparent and fair process for all our customers.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged products: Items received in damaged condition
• Defective products: Products that are not functioning as intended
• Incorrect items: Wrong products delivered due to our error

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Used or installed machines
• Used spare parts
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Once your return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–7 working days from approval
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated

Order cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
• Machine orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide your order number
3. Share clear images or videos of the damaged/defective item
4. Briefly describe the issue

Our team will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
